Service Description

Preparing for birth can be a lot but it doesn't have to be. This service will help you prepare for birth by understanding a birth plan, having an out of hospital or hospital birth, evidence based education, labor/birth positions, and how to prepare for postpartum/breastfeeding. We will go over other questions that may rise during the time of your pregnancy. We will meet 3 times: 2 virtual (1 hour) 1 in person (2 hours)
