Service Description

We are here to support you with all your birthing needs. We will support you via video/phone/text during the labor and birth if needed. The package includes the following: One video to discuss your birth plan and how yoga can help with the birthing process. Available email, phone, text during pregnancy (times 9a-5p). Two video calls per month to discuss birth. Available 24/7 via text/video/call 38 weeks to birth. Available to support you and your loved ones during the birthing process via text/video/call. One follow up video or phone for postpartum care. In person for labor support is an additional cost.
